Leadership

Kevin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cape Redan Capital.  He is responsible for driving strategy of the firm, as well as leading investment decisions.  He has deep investing experience  with an operational focus.  Kevin also serves as a senior advisor for The Churchill Companies, where he leads M&A strategy.  The Churchill Companies is a family controlled investment platform which takes a long-term view of owning, acquiring, and growing outstanding businesses.

Prior to founding Cape Redan, Kevin was on the investment team at Chatham Asset Management, a multi-billion dollar asset manager, where he invested across the capital structure.  He has served as a Director on multiple company boards, ranging from start-up’s looking to scale, to large mature businesses undergoing comprehensive recapitalization.

Kevin began his career as an investment banker at Bank of America where he worked in the Leveraged Finance group.

Kevin is a graduate of Duke University, and is a CFA charterholder.  Kevin lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children, however he is on an airplane most weeks.
